Print Image’s policy for handling customer information has been created with the understanding that electronic commerce and internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies. As a result, Print Image’s policy is subject to change.
In the course of serving its customers, Print Image acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information – such as the customer’s name, address, telephone number, and credit card data – is provided to Print Image by its customers in order to establish a business relationship. Other information – such as the customer’s account status, choice of services, and customer logos – is created and maintained by Print Image in the normal course of business. Print Image does not use cookies. IP addresses are collected by the service provider of the web hosting company for the sole purpose of recording numbers of visitors to the site and detect errors at the web site. Print Image may store customers’ electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to business.

Print Image will protect the confidentiality of its customers’ information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Print Image, its employees and other customers of Print Image’s services. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, Print Image has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
How is customer information used?
Print Image will not share customer information. Print Image may also use customer information to provide its customers with information about new or upgraded products and services.
Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from Print Image and Print Image partners by sending a request to info@printimage.co.za. In this request to info@printimage.co.za, customers must identify: items or services purchased from Print Image, contact information, and the date the items or service was purchased. However, customers may not opt out of receiving information from Print Image, which is essential for maintaining, or updating customers’ accounts.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
Print Image will not disclose its customers’ personal and account information unless there is a reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Print Image, Print Image’s customers, or others, or where Print Image has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Print Image also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Print Image stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Print Image will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
